We’re happy to announce the launch of our online store!

There you will be able to order food and supplies to be delivered to the clinic for pick up. Your order will arrive with our regular orders, but packaged separately with your name on the box. Orders will take at least 2 business days to arrive. If there is something that you’re looking for, send us an email and we may be able to add it to the store.

When it asks for a billing address during checkout, it specifies no PO Boxes, orders will still go through if you use your PO Box for your billing address and input that.

    A. You will need to log in/create an account to be able to add things to your cart and check out.

  3. I can’t find the food that I’m looking for!

    A. Sometimes, the site sorts the food in a strange way. Try using the product categories or searching using key terms in search bar. If you are still having issues, you can text us at 780-852-5551, or email us at admin@jaspervetclinic.net.

  4. I think I found the food I’m looking for but the picture looks different! What do I do?

    A. Sometimes manufactures change the packaging to show claims that the food has evidence for, or they update the packaging. The images shown on our website reflect what our supplier has for the products and it’s always perfectly accurate as the bags are changing. If you are concerned and would like to double check, you can text us at 780-852-5551, or email us at admin@jaspervetclinic.net with the link and what food you are looking for and we can confirm or help you find the appropriate food.
